What being one of our photographers entails.
We will choose you for your photographic expertise, knowing that your knowledge will help to create eyecatching work for our clients.
You will be photographing and performing basic editing on your photos. We will train you and show you how we are wanting you to go about these before you go live with us.
Although you will be one of our photographers, alongside taking photos you will also be creating floor plans. Floor plan creation is a key part of marketing any property. Before you begin with us we will help you to learn floor plan creation if you do not already know.

We understand how hard it is to find an avenue where you can love photography and have consistent interesting work. If you are interested in any form of property or architectural photography then we hope that working with us will fix that!
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is passionate, genuinely enjoys the art of photography, especially a form of property or architectural photography, as mentioned before.
Having a good understanding of technology and editing is something we are also looking for. We will be expecting you to be able to perform basic editing on your photos before you send them over, before going live with us you will go through a training period where we will show you the style of editing we need.
Our editing team will then begin on the main enhancements once you’ve sent over your photos, making sure it is completely ready for the client.
Prior to going live with us.
After applying on our photographer application we will contact you to let you know that we want to go onto the next step with you. We may request more information about you to get a better understanding of who you. We will be also requesting a portfolio of images if you have this.
The portfolio should consist of images from a property (This can be your own house) so we can gather an understanding of your skills and what you will bring to the business (The more images the better).
After this, we will move you into the training stage where we will prepare you to make sure you are ready to go live with us.
We pay you per property.
The payment will vary dependent on the order. Also depending on your equipment, you may only be able to receive certain orders.
As an example, you will be paid £40.00 per standard package (A set of 15 photos and a floor plan). When you let us know your availability you can tell us how many property orders you would like to receive per day.
If you are able to complete the more advanced packages then the payment will be higher. You can discuss this within your application.
Before applying please make sure you have the following.
You will have to provide a basic DBS check.
You will have to provide proof of your Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
*If you do not have these to hand or you are in the process of getting them you can apply and we will ask for them at a later date, but these must be provided to move onto the next stage with us.
You must supply your own equipment:
Camera:
You must have a DSLR camera with either full-frame or a crop sensor.
Camera lens:
If you own a full-frame camera then any lens below 17mm is required.
If you own a crop sensor camera then any lens below 11mm is required.
Required accessories:
A camera flashgun.
A camera flashgun wireless connector.
A laser measure.
A laptop or Apple device to do the floor plan on - Preferably an Ipad.
A tripod.
Software:
A Dropbox subscription for secure file transfer.
Adobe Lightroom Classic for basic editing.
