A professional floor plan showing the property's layout, room sizes and overall flow. Produced using Metropix software and supplied in a clear format suitable for property marketing and online listings.
Properties of 1,500 sq ft and above incur an additional charge of £10 per 1,000 sq ft (or part thereof) to reflect the additional time required to measure and produce larger floor plans.

Larger properties often require additional coverage to properly showcase all rooms, features and selling points. Where applicable, the appropriate Additional Coverage package will be applied based on the property's floor area and/or bedroom count. Only one package will be applied per property visit, regardless of the services ordered.

This allows additional time on site to ensure all key rooms, features and selling points are properly represented and typically results in around 5 additional photographs, along with additional video footage and floor plan coverage where required. The package applies when either the floor area or bedroom criteria are met. Only one Enhanced Coverage charge will be applied per appointment, regardless of the services ordered.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will apply where an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Cancellation fee: £40
This applies whether the cancellation is made by the estate agent or the vendor and helps cover travel, scheduling, and reserved appointment time that cannot usually be rebooked at short notice.
